Based on an experience my Dad had. He was having abdominal pain that radiated into his chest and down his left arm. He thought he was having a heart attack. He debated about calling me at work and the farted. He claims it was a 30 second frap but I wasn't here (and who times their farts with a stop watch?). He felt a lot better after that. So, thanks to "Paw" for this joke.

This exact thing happened to my brother! He was at work and called his wife to say that he was having extreme chest pains and was going to the hospital via ambulance. She freaked out, since our father has had multiple heart attacks so it runs in the family. She gets to the hospital, and everything is fine. It ended up just being a giant fart and he was ok.
