This one is actually not on wood =D Its on a grey piece of cardboard which in all honesty...was more challenging than wood. When you burn on paper the weirdest thing about it is that you have to turn your heat up! I couldn't get over that when I first learned it, I thought for sure the thing would just catch on fire LOL
If you think I am good, you should check out this artist: http://www.juliebender.com/index.html Her wood burnings are amazing!!! But her burnings on watercolor paper are just...wow. She does a lot of animals but seems to favor horses a lot and boy is she ever good at them!
