I really like the way that you look in both images. Both are very cheerful!

This is neat in that folk art kind of style. You've got a good eye for color on this too. Those mountains and sunset are eye-catching.

Actually I think it's lookin' pretty spiffy. You're starting to show a good understanding of depth and distance, lighting and texture. Those mountains in the background look freakin' -awesome- for example. And the shading on the character is very well done. And personally I think the thick lines in this picture work well because of the sheer amount of colour in it, I think it helps the character pop out a bit. Not bad, not bad at all, nicely done.
