Why bother only doing that when I could make the full thing?
Nah my friend has a full Gatomon suit, I made a full suit to match.
Also given I have absolutely NO sewing or costume-making experience and did it in 3 days, I think it came out ok. Imagine if I had more time and put actual effort in :p might actually look good.

better than some of the stuff i've seen people throw together in longer amounts of time :) great first attempt.
the body looks great (other than a few obvious seams) i think the problem with the head is it's a bit boxy around the eyes and the eyes are a bit too small but honestly it's probably a shit ton better than i could do in 3 days :)

Lol I didn't realize how much the fur would make the eyes smaller when I cut the holes XD
And I didn't think to poof out the cheeks D:
I have been considering seeing if I could tweak the eyes and put stuffing in the cheeks. I'd just have to make the holes bigger for the eyes and pull the fur through and re-do the eyes and try to take some of the fur off the sides and throw some stuffing in there. I was so blind at the con!!
Or I've even considered taking the ears off and re-making the head and just re-attaching the head...*ponders*
And yeah I plan to fix up some of the seams and stuff before the next con in 2 months.
