An anthro snake mage accepts a challenge quite nonchalantly, as if knowing it's barely worth the effort to raise his body to fight. If the challenger is lucky, he will suffer a painful death rather than the alternative. (And those who know me well know what the alternative is...)

Curious thing about this sketch... I drew it many months ago, and it was just a rather uninspiring snake with a typical bondage-like leather harness. But yesterday it screamed at me from the bottom of the pile that it deserved some more attention to do something different while at work, and this is what it came out.
