I'm pretty sure she knows the name of the pony....and considering in the fandom the nickname "Derpy" is pretty commonly used, attempting to correct the artist TWICE about the way they chose to word the description and keywords seems not only nitpicky but a bit rude.
It's a kids show about magical fun colored ponies, who cares with the "proper" name is...I don't think anyone looking at this picture is going to be confused.
