Just a little portrait thing!
The teacher said the hair looked like Dana Schutz, so I told her immediately "THAT MEANS IT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED AND IMPROVED RIGHT NOW" and then added some burnt umber with a fan brush so now it looks like hair and not like shit. (Teacher was disappointed).
This actually, accidentally, looks like someone I know and not very much like the model who posed for it. Odd! (I decided I'd give it to her and her husband for a wedding present. Gonna do a sitting with her and touch it up to be more deliberately like her)
