Meet Lumière, the bizarre looking thunder mutt. o3o Anyways I was trying to plan another new villain/rival that wants to kill Lily for no clear apparent reason what so ever. :V

[i]Before you know it, you see what looks like a strange nine foot tall brightly pelted canine creature looming over you. His eyes appear to be closed, his long blue tongue drooped out towards the side, his pelt sparkled brilliantly as he seemed to be moving his bear-sized paws around. He seemed to be chanting something to himself. Like a spell..[i/]

Lumière is quick on his feet despite his clumsy looking paws, he specializes in electricity and weather control, being able to cause it to rain within an instant. Lumière has always done things on the rough side and always wishes things his way. He rather would solve things with violence than trough peace. At times Lumière can become easily tricked for his ill-mannered personality giving him a disadvantage with his accuracy.
