At Everfree NW in Seattle this past weekend, I went to the "Mane Six Minus Two" voice actor panel, featuring Nicole Oliver, Andrea Libman, Cathy Weseluck, Tara Strong and Tabitha St. Germain (the "minus two" part is because Ashleigh Ball, who voices Applejack and Rainbow Dash, wasn't there).

The actors weren't allowed to talk about shows that haven't aired yet, so Tabitha joked about answering such questions by evasively saying "Look, there's a moose!" The other actors started saying the line for fun, and it became the catchphrase of the panel.

I was inspired to draw Rarity saying it, all nervous and evasive-like, and I photographed it and tweeted it to Nicole Oliver, who came down into the audience to find me. She took my sketchbook back up to the stage with her, and all five of them signed it!

The next day, as I was walking down the hill between the two con hotels, I met my friend  timkangaroo in a small group of people standing around chatting. Then I noticed that the group included storyboard artists Sabrina "Sibsy" Alberghetti and "Big Jim" Miller, and director James "Wootie" Wootton. So I got their signatures as well!
