I like what you've done with the markings. They're pretty, and what's more they actually accent the natural lines of the guy's back.
One thing I think could be better is the shirt; it doesn't really look like it's being pulled up. If you made it scrunching up from the hands and at a bit of a sharper angle it might help. Good work though, keep it up.
