In major cities like Chicago, our cemeteries are surrounded by 12' concrete walls with wrought-iron fences. Our hospitals are built for isolation and containment. And our homes are many stories above the ground, secure and equipped with rooftop gardens.
I dunno... I'd MUCH rather face the oncoming zombie apocalypse in an easily-secured skyscraper with countless vantage points, than I would a farm house in the middle of nowhere, next to an open cemetery and hospitals which are prepared to treat farm accidents, not regularly trained in pandemic response.
