His colors are darker on the actual card, the scanner really sucks the colors out. :C
There's glitter on his horn and the sparkles around him. C:

Well, thank you. c:
For the outline I use prismacolor manga outlining markers. With the most used being: Chisel brush, 03 05 and 005 for sizes.
And then to color it's prismacolor markers from both the manga pack and the general colors pack.
And on this particular card I used a glow in the dark clear coat nail polish that's a little blue...And it has glitter in it. :D
