Sooo for some reason I wanted to draw a realistic Raichu...Probably because they're so awesome XD So I kinda based this off a Chinchilla because they seemed to have similar anatomy...This has to be the most indifferent electric rodent using a massively powerful lightning attack I've ever seen XD I probably should have given it some sort of expression XD
