He was a sweetie, but every parrot has his bad days.

Hah, exactly what mine does. I've also gotten nailed by raptor talons quite a few times.

I mostly got talons from my African Grey, since that bird was terrified of his own shadow and whenever he'd panic, I'd get them in my arm.
His bites hurt much more then my quaker's did, too. >_<

I'll go down the list, from the top down.

Eyebrow scar, 3 years old jumped into bed that had sides on it.

Lower lip to chin, torn open in head-on car crash.

Neck scar, needed a tracheostomy so I could breath after that car crash.

Collar bone transplant from leg, fell over and broken collarbone wouldn't heal.

Chest scar from 5-bypass heart surgery.

Middle finger left hand, Exacto knife slipped and carved it open.

Gall bladder and appendix removal.

Left leg scar from collarbone transplant material.

Right leg scars from getting leg veins for bypass surgery.

Scars on back of ankles from metal bicycle slipping and tearing up back of ankles.

Holy god that's a lot of scars

huh. my hands and forearms would be covered in red, but because I'm an automotive mechanic, and cars tend to bite... the most ridiculous is a scar at my right elbow that came froma scratch that didn't even cut the skin open, but it bloated like a bone-deep cut! it was also bright red for years, too...
