i did this sorta sketchy and thrown together just to get out of my art rut i got into from taking a week long break to let my hand heal. ill do her much better and less messy later. also i think...i did my anatomy portions wrong.. 8l
i do beleive i wwant the head a little larger and the neck a lil longer. but oh well..

but this is the gist of it

he found this exotic endangered speciese during his travels. her name is Tringles and she is a Belhuvia. a half mamal half reptilian animal from the tropics. in the warmer weather they look like this. their colors will actualy change with their enviornment and mood like a chameleon does. but in the winter they will grow a sort of furred coat. not as pretty as their scales but warm.


the frills act as emotion indicators as well as a way to puff up and look bigger brighter and scarier. they will also open their brightly colored mouth wide as well to flash all the bright yellows and reds to ward off prey.

tringles is well mannered and even trained. she is my character dunnys main mode of transportation.
