The symbol of the criminal organization known as Criminal Enterprise that will appear in my first story that will be on this site soon.
Bio of Group:
in 1970, Supervillainess and Triad leader Shēnhóng Fūrén (aka Shadow Empress), started a organization that would soon spread around the world and would be so secret that many would call the group a myth, a tale told by underworld figures to try and scare law enforcement and superfurs.
That organization is Criminal Enterprise.
Shēnhóng Fūrén started out in Chinatown in San Francisco, mainly as a Triad enforcer known as Shadow Empress. Seeing the Triads as nothing but a pale shadow of their old glory, Shēnhóng decided to disapper, stageing her own death at the hands of Chinatown superheroine Jade Sword. Shadow Empress was dead and Shēnhóng soon came into being.
Useing her own money gained from stealing from the Mayor's Bank account, she soon started Criminal Enterprises. the organization was well hidden in the shadows of the underworld. Starting out with 50 members, Shēnhóng soon started scouting for more to join.
Criminals and villains did not seek to join the group, they were recruted from the best of the best. one that was the first to join was a 1,000 year old she-wolf known as Alexandria. Soon the number of members swelled to over 50,000 with chapters starting up in every city in Northern California.
Soon Shēnhóng found a new way to spread. Starting new chapters in towns and cities hit by disasters, she soon gain control of criminal activity in many parts of the country.
The Bureau of Superheroes thought that Criminal Enterprises was nothing but a myth, an urban legend by many villains and criminals. It was because of The BOS ignoring them that Criminal Enterprises soon expanded to other parts of the world. Chapters have sprung up in China, Italy, Russia and even Iran and North Korea.
Yet it was to also be the start of Criminal Enterprise's problems in the City of Joplin, Missouri when the organization came to blows with a Superhero that also started out in San Francisco. a Young Patrioic Heroine known as The American Wolf.
