Very good, but I will suggest you keep in mind the physics of light on water and other translucent materials, reflection and refraction aren't too hard to get right if you know what you're doing.
Unfortunately a lot of artists like to lazily cheat reflection and usually ignore refraction altogether. :(

Mmmph...really liking that unsure expression on her face, along with the intricate details in the soft colored lineart and shading/highlighting of the gal's hair and fur in general. The shiny effects on the tentacle to give it that smooth textured appearance looks neat as well.

For the practice on water effects, I'm liking how you did the surface rippling effects of the water around the tentacle and gal in particular. Keep up the good work!
