Being a musican and sound engineer, I'd say there's not much more to improve. Maybe putting more comp on the beat (which is too loud beyond 2:45) or increasing the arppergiators loudness, but for the composition itself, as I'm not a huge fan neither specialist of techno, I can't tell you.
