Appears to be cold and distant, but this is due to his lack of social skills.

Past: Grew up in New york with his mother and took up boxing at a very young age. He fought in multiple amateur tournaments where he was eventually scouted by a big sponsor looking for new promises and he started his pro-boxing career soon after. However, when they found out that he was a mutant, they hired thugs to take him out discreetly in order to keep him being a mutant as a secret from the public to protect themselves.

In this "accident" the bone in his right arm fractured and caused him to end his career even though he was still in his prime. After the arm had healed, he decided to reopen the boxing gym where he had trained as child and coach new boxing promises to reach their full potential.
