Wow. Heck of a product there. According to the best by date it goes bad over twelve years from now! It may be restaurant style but, all natural?

Yeah I know. However, previously they had listed their products sell by date Month/day/year. I think they just switched it up for one reason or another and I thought it looked funny.

With enough salt and a lack of oxygen, it essentially preserves the vegetables in there like a Bell jar would. So... yes, plausible.

Depends on where it was bought different countries write dates differently.

The other products for this brand have it listed month/day/year. They very well could have switched up dating systems for one reason or another. I was just cracking a joke about it.

We use the empirial system but most of the world uses standard year month day system..
