This is the demo piece I did at Silverleaf Renn Faire in MI. Everybody whines I don't do enough dragons, so I though here is a good opportunity to do one. But once again I remember WHY I don't do a lot of dragons....All the damn SCALES!

And if I didn't have enough detail to worry about, I'm like they need to be on a bed of gold...in a cave...yep...that should finally push me over the edge. I'm such a machocist when it comes to detail.

This piece took about 50 to 55 hours and is done in Prismacolor pencil. I've made a limited edition print run of about 25.
