I finally got around to drawing again, to get back in the saddle, I decided to digitally complete an old drawing in my sketch book.

Also to portrait what I imagine my character, Etsuya, to currently look like. He is a wolf dingo hybrid, dingolf if you will.

I'm having difficulty making reflective lighting visible without making it unrealistically exaggerated like my first attempt, I'll just have to keep practicing but I hope I did decent. XD

The most obvious difference is the hair, no longer super long pony tail. I decided to do away with the face scar between the eyes and tone down his muscles, he's still built, but more athletic and not borderline macro muscle. Other than that, I feel I kept the overall idea of my character pretty much the same, no fancy fur patterns, one color, the hair is a bit more complex though since the back goes in a gradient. Also he has a back and chest tattoo that a friend designed for me on second life.

I might in the future add ear piercings, but I still can't decide on what or how many.
