Tossing water balloons at foxes will definitely water up foxes and balloon up the current situation, and it's not nice to even be watering foxes with balloons or one could smell like a wet fox that is watered by water balloons.

When properly hydrated everyone nose that it's not too difficult to put a muzzle on water balloon attacks, you just have to keep your chin up and try not to be too pointed about it. :P

I think if foxes would get too crossed about crossing paths with water balloons, they should just pop in a bit more fun to their lives, cause this is something worthy to burst into laughter over.
