A very old re- done OC~
I shall post an extremely old picture of her or him from a long time ago (Post link here later)
It watches over Souls that roam free, and is allied with the Kookabura~
Ves's 3 eyes on its forehead makes it able to see the souls of the living and the dead, It also has the ability to decide life or death or new life for the souls.
It can also consume the bad souls like the kookabura, but is not fussy what it consumes, unlike the kookabura.- He mainly feasts to the souls of the bad- their souls are most nourishing and full of hate. the sould of the bad make alot of NOISE that Ves hates, Good souls make beutiful NOISE like birdong and joy.
It is a very peaceful creature with horns that glow, grow and shrink even move, like ghosts of the past.
It may be hidden from who it wants to be invisible from but can reveal self as it chooses- this is uncommon.
It pefers the peace of forest to prowl~
Good People may have befriended this Phantom without knowing, but bad have made an eternal enemy...
Demon, bird, Dragon. he also has large feathered, bat like wings (feather and webing.)

NOISE~ Souls make sound that is picked up like radiation- this is what the kookabura hunt and what Ves permenently hears.
He destents foul NOISE- such as screaming and shrieks -NOISE that bad souls make.
So he hunts consumes them.
Good souls make nice NOISE such as singing and laughter.
Soul NOISE efects human and animals around them - NOISE is emotion.

Mind hes quite how you say... takes a while to befriend, he has learnt to trust few, but this might change ;)
This has made my day ^^
Hes shy but hides wit with boldness and the look of power and scare factor~
He dosent like to show weakness.
But never met a girl before of dragon kind.
He would most definite be listing and perhaps gives a tummy gurgle or too.
He likes but not quite sure yet~

Asleep, heavy breathing though his huge chest~
