So I had this bet with a friend about something. Here's the results of... losing... that bet, even if it isn't that clear to me. yet. I drew his character togethwer with one of my favorite characters as of late, Oficcer Sarita. Don't blame me if the colors on that 'skiltaire' look so strange; color matching isn't one of the virtues of skiltaires. :>

Anyway, it seems like Gatby, as that's the skiltaire's name, has commited some fault, maybe not very serious, considering Sarita's relaxed approach. And it seems he wants to bribe her with a bag of puffy cheese thingies. We all know trying to bribe the authority isn't goooood, but... will Sarita resist and give that eeevil skiltaire what he really deserves?
