Possibly the Pterourus rutulus or Western Tiger swallowtail, I am not quite sure as the markings are slightly different, but the wing patterns is dead on. Possibly through a case of cross breeding.
I have had the chance to see many different butterflies and moths on account of my garden, which has a large butterfly bush sitting right in the middle of it. For those that enjoy watching butterflies, I would suggest checking out your local plant nursery.
