That is one of my favorite dog breeds?

In my experience, they match the description you would see on the AKC or other breed websites. They are very loving and affectionate and will want to be all over you. They are very social with people and dogs, they will treat a stranger like they're known them for years. They are easy to train and get along well with other pets (my dogs love to be around my rabbit). Because they become so attached to their owners, they can become easily stressed without you (my dog Lucy has separation anxiety.) In my experience they have a strong urge to chase birds and squirrels, so I have to keep them tied (if you have a fenced in yard than that's great). They're great for apartment life because of their small size and they can adapt well to different lifestyles. I would recommend researching more about this breed before deciding to buy one. I used to have one called Odie.. He lived to be almost 18 years! I plan on getting another soon.. They're such amazing dogs

Wow, that's a long time. Typically the breed doesn't live too long since they're prone to mitral valve problems. I hope my babies will be able to live that long! I agree!

Well it definitely looks like he's a happy healthy puppy! Just give them lots of love, and good food.. That's what we did.. Odie had heart murmurs but he kept truckin' like a champ

Yep, he is very healthy and loved very much! He actually had a very minor heart murmur as a puppy and a leg bone that would pop out, but he's completely grown out of those.
