She's dressed up as "Rozalyn" from "Disgaea 2."
Only because I love the Disgaea series.. and it shall always be my favorite game of all time.
This was actually drawn mimicking the STYLE that Disgaea is drawn in.. I absolutely LOVE that style and I may mimic it more often in the future.
