Just a little something cute inspired by childhood memories. When I was young I used to dress up my kitties and play pretend. It got to the point where they gave up on the idea of escape. :3
Mr. Cat Whiskers appears to be in much the same predicament, but things seem to be turning around for him.
This piece was experimental and not everything on it is perfect (in fact it could use a lot more work), but I'm not going to spend the time on it. Onward to bigger and better things.
