This is Golden Glow, originally she was from this set of Unicorn Ponies with Magic Wings from the generation 2 toys. For some reason pictures of her wings weren't on the wiki I found her on, but looking it up they're apparently an ugly shade of orange :l I thought she's look prettier with actual golden wings, considering her horn cutiemark and hair streaks are also golden and yeah I translated her into an alicorn in Gen.4 style too.
Because. Unicorns with Magic wings are probably the closest to 'canon' alicorns pre-generation 4 you're gonna get.
