As I'm not of Aboriginal descent or have any real knowledge of their instruments or where to get them, I can't really answer any of that. If you're going to buy them from a tourist/souvenir shop you'd be looking at a fair bit of money. I found didgeridoos at Healsville Sanctuary on the weekend and they were definitely a few hundred dollars. The sticks I haven't seen since primary school so I have no idea. I've never even heard of a bullroarer but apparently they've existed all over the world so you could probably find that in the US.
