~Mothi~The mothi are creatures that can resemble a range of flying insects between a hornet, moth, butterfly, firefly, or bee. Some may even carry traits that match multiple insect species. Their eyes have special markings within them that appear like a beehive's honeycomb, and glow brightly when excited. Their ears and sense of touch are extremely heightened to pick up their surroundings. They're wings are actually shed during the winter months, to avoid the danger of freezing or tearing in mid-flight during the harsh cold weather. The stems of the wings are left, leaving an interesting pattern that appears like a bare twig or tree. The stems are incredibly sensitive, but hardy and can withstand most stress.^^;

I was hoping that just like a moth or butterfly, the markings on the egg would be sort of a way to fool the viewer or confuse them. Kind of like how a moth might have eyes on their wings to scare its predators. I'm very fond of the markings on this one as well, especially the eyes <3
