I drew this for hearing the news Japanese river otter declared extinct.

The otter seemed to be the subspecies of the Eurasian otter. So we can see the cousins of them... it's sad news though.
However there are still people who're looking for the Japanese river otter. We don't know really they have gone.

I know about the ferret. They are cute and eats Prairie dogs
By the way, we don't have Japanese river otters even in zoo or shelter.
As you see the photo of the news headline, there are few images of them and that stuffed one.
I wonder why the Ministry of the Environment haven't protect them stronger and earlier.
