The idea was to make a clear green 'dome' and light the interior with a red LED, although unfortunately the resultant 'dome' ended up being too opaque for it to work properly- back to the drawing board.

it's a cool idea, it'll look bitchin when you make it workable. i've wanted to sculpt thematic lights too, but hadn't even heard of sculpey until just recently, and hadn't recalled the lamp sculpture idea till i started typing this, so thanks for reminding me.
