They are funny, haha. Sometimes I worry that the commissioner will think something like "oh no, that's too skinny!" or "the markings aren't right!" but the fluff adds thickness, and it also hides the base underneath. So there's not much point doing tedious, exact markings on the base when I'm just going to go over it with a layer of fluff! But I do like to take these WIP shots of fluffy things especially, because I've had a lot of people wonder how I make something soft and furry through crocheting.
