She's head of a group of primarily female mercenaries called "Black Spiral". That being just a nod in the direction of the character she's based on, which is Blackspiral one of my TFs. I just rehashed all my TFs basically into ME characters. I love them all to much. No one can stop me.

In any event...she's a snarky, snarly thing. "Despite her looks and elegance she's actually a rather sadistic being underneath but covers a lot of it with a very charismatic air. I can't go on to much about her as i'm still developing her but she's really protective of any one under her. She's also a bit of a "lady's man" just, well, a lady which causes some jealousy in her Second in Command who is in a weird relationship sorta deal with her. I will go so far to say she is sexist, especially to male Merc leaders. Based on Omega, she is really respectful of Aria.

It's only if she's in a fight her real underlying nature starts to reveal itself - then the blades and biotics and rip-your-face-off comes into play. The longer she fights the more feral and crazy she becomes. She's built along the lines of a Vanguard but uses blades/katana-like swords as her main weapon to lace in with her biotic attacks and added maneuverability."

Spiira has a sister, Rinsla, who is based on Ravenwing who I need to doodle up in a good way one o'des hur days. Rinsla and her human lover Indred (Inderel, basically) make me all googly d'aw face. Then again I port them everywhere so whatever.
