Sun, or heat? It reigns over the summer weather, keeping it from over powering..or whatever.. It represents the sun, all in all, yes, its a gryphon sort of thing. NAME HIM BY THE WAY, WINNER GETS PIC..again, I still have to do the one for the other legendary.

All in all, it rules over the sun. It keeps a steady, delicate balance with the planet, most if not all the time it is calm, and passive with the people and pokemon. Though, at times, it gets pissed off, causing droughts, killing crops, pokemon, people, anything that would be unlucky to befall to its wrath..its kept in check by the one of the storm, usually..

Its innate ability , as its a PURE fire type, is, Evaporation. Which halves the effectiveness of water by half..in otherwords, it becomes a 1x weakness instead. WOO..
