Ok, well.. where do I begin?
First off, this didn't begin so much a short story, as a letter to my husband, then boyfriend, when we had our big breakup. (We got back together two months later- after I moved to Florida to get away from him because I almost became a stalker. Really, it was that bad).
Yes, it is a bit dramatic. I see that plainly now; and maybe I did then too, but...
I really liked it when I re-read it later. Funny enough, he never did read it. All the letters I sent during the beginning of our breakup he simply kept, usually still sealed.
But, again, I liked it. I felt it had a certain internal dialogged to it, one that would work for some as-yet-unmade-and-unnamed-character. I don't know if I'll make a story, out of this, or with this in it, but I wanted to share. I would post it in this comment section, but it's about a page and a half long, and I felt that was too big to try to post in the comment section.
Although I'm sure that would better ensure it being read.
Oh well.
If you really want to, you'll hit "download" and read it. I even saved it in "rich text" format so no one will have problems opening it in whatever "word" program you have.
Self critique.. I do feel it rambles at points, but it does pick up again in others. So trudge through the ramble,and I promise you'll get to a better spot soon enough.
