EDIT: Latios and Latias added, cant believe I forgot them LOL!
As I mentioned before, I consider Lugia a dragon, even if its a Psychic/Flying type. These are my favorite dragonic legendary Pokemon. I did circlular motions when shading this pic, came out quite well. Made sure not to really rush the pic.
