intended or not ,there's a fun fact tho: "Irmã" in Portuguese means "Sister" ,and since Jeanette is one of the "sisters" whose are the Chippettes (and Irma herself is April'O'Neil best friend,so somehow considered part of a "sisterhood" with April) i dunno if this Irma/Jeannette reseblance might consider THAT MUCH unintentional ,3 not to mention,both cartoons were aired in the 80's in often the same broadcasting channels...
