I think the steam for this story as come back. and interestingly enough it came back once I realized I needed to put a confrontation in it between Kindar and the Knife thrower (it should be in the next part) I was also able to finally mention the collars, I've been trying to fins a way to do so since the first part of this episode, now if I can manage to slip in the news that Sam's Girlfriend is pregnant, I'll have accomplished all my sub-plots for this episode
