I figured ya'll would like to know what Opal does during her days. She's a school teacher, or at least, she's a substitute and student teacher at the moment. She wants to teach high school English some day, but more importantly, her main goal is to one day be capable of teaching at a university. Where as Myst was a baker by trade, Opal is a high minded literary savant.

She also has three forms. Feral, subferal which is what her reference is in, and anthropomorphic humanoid, like this. It's easier to fit into confined spaces without the extra ten feet of length.
