A birthday gift I did the other day for the shiny awesome 
Yuuri!
It's one of her adoptable characters... she luffs her adoptables and I particularly liked this one so I doodled her for hers. :3 I'm fond of mermaid chars anyway, this char is so cute.
I can't remember who did the original design so I'm sorry! I'll hafta ask Yuuri and find out ;3; She is named Milly, tho. I think she's part fox~
If I was better with PS I'd make the water all ripply and stoof~ mebbe later.
