Why oh nooo?

Ha hah, no real reason. It's just, the first DotA was really unforgiving for new players, so I was never able to learn the game without being berated by other players being aggressive jerks. I'm sure DotA 2 is less obscure, and of course, random strangers are gonna be douche bags happens in any online game. But it's hard to be even-handed when you've had a negative first impression!

Really that pretty much describes almost every type of game I've seen, cept maybe, Haven & Hearth.

People are very mean to new folks. They yell at people who know what they're doing too, so...

Gotta just play games with friends, I guess! :D
