It's  vlooi's birthday! He needed a cake, obviously, but he needed a present too... and what gift could the bloo dragon possibly like more than bondage? :D So I gave him a nice tight ballgag, mitts, and a spreader bar... but then I realized he needed to be able to enjoy his cake too, and there was really only one spot to put it once I got him on his back, and if he liked his bondage-present too much then he might spill his slice! So I put him in chastity too, just in case, then gave him a slice of cake to enjoy. <3 Sure, maybe he can't really enjoy the taste of his cake too much this way, but maybe I'll feed him that piece later...

This, obviously, is a birthday present commissioned for my friend Vlooi, done very well on short notice by  Fortuna! It's just the silly and adorable image I had in mind, and also happens to be good payback for what the bloo dragon did to me last year. :3
