i cant, this is a light mech that can only use two hardpoint heavy weapons, missiles would be a carapace weapon

think: how much does an AMRAAM missile weigh? how many could be loaded? how big is the launcher?
is the launcher vulnerable to weapons fire?

exactly, i have no use or reason for a missile pod that big when i can track a target with a 127mm shell that i can carry more up

Then why make legs, when treads would move faster, more efficiently, and be less vulnerable?

because this is a mech, not a tank, legs mean i can stand on uneven ground with my cockpit and weapons level

Modern tanks can keep their weapons level, even when moving at speed over rough ground.

i dont have an automatic assembly line in sketchup, i'm an artisan here and i dont mean that in the 'i am a fancy artist' way but the 'i do this by hand' way

i have to contract out to ffz and a norge fuzzdragon when i cant do something
often i have to rely on 'scrap hulks' i got from ffz and work on parts from them to make them suitable for my use

the lift engines of my airship? ffz made them, and the base of the turret i used as well as teh end of the tesla bombard were made by him too
