After the last Project A-Kon I decided I would have a go at making ears with the craft foam. Lots and lots of little anime gals were wearing ears at the show and I figured I could make some as least as good as the ones that were being sold there.

Those are well done, simple, but well done. What I do is just make a stencil, use two pieces of fabric, sew them together with the part you want on the outside INSIDE, sew all but one side, flip them inside out, fill it with fluff, then sew a small piece of fabric onto the bottom. Then I take a headband, glue some of the hook side of velcro on there, and stick the ears on. =]
