Bah, backgrounds are boring anyway. :P
That is a very fun background to look at though. Gotta love the weird stuff! This thing looks good.
Little advice on the hand though. From the way it looks like he's gripping that railing, you wouldn't really see all four fingers. Don't be afraid to hide all but two or three of them. Look at your own hand and see how much of your fingers you see.
Unless you meant to make it look like that, in which case disregard this comment.
