Beholdeth this wonderous masterpiece by the great
skippy whom I, on a dark and dreary night long ago, asked for such a work of art. The wait was long- but my god, t'was so very worth it in the end. This is great- he did such a good job!
This picture points out the fact that I am completely inept when it comes to chess- and that Red, somehow, is far better at it than me. I've no clue as to where he gets it. Maybe he's just a natural.

skippy (go and watch him!), reuploaded on my page because he said I could (I think).
Aside from all the other silliness that's been about since my return home from my cross-country trip, this is a great way to get back into things.
Hooray for the internet!

Well- it was down to just two pieces versus everything Red had- I was sweatin', I KNEW what losing meant. I had my king- and I had my Rook. And things didn't look good for either, the rook was going to go down in at least two turns, and Red just kept smilin' at me with that toothy grin. T'was a bad spot- I lost, and we both knew it.
So, as I figured, Red nabbed the poor Rook- and, in no time flat, checkmate. Game over- I'd only gotten a few of his pieces, t'was quite the pathetic showing. And as the raptor enjoyed his victory meal, I couldn't help but wonder where in the world the raptor got such skills from. And as he curled up to sleep, I had plenty of time to ponder where I had gone wrong- I wasn't going anywhere, of course. Not until Red woke up, at least...
