It seriously gives me chills about how well you designed this guy. He's so beefy and adorable. In terms of colouring, I noticed that there's not so many instances of higlighting as there have been in your previous works, but that benefits his expression to an extent, and the shading you've done looks very accurate. I really like how you layer up blocks of different colours of shade, rather than having one graduated tone you'd get from a softer brush. Almost looks like an oil painting. =]

If anything, the colour couldn't be mintier. Not just the way you've drawn him, but the characters initial design are both really cool.
